- Communicate information necessary to fulfill your request; or
- Resolve customer service or dispute-related matters.
We will use submitted photos only for purposes connected with the App's services and related operations.
1.3 Location Information

Because BONG GA provides transportation-related services, location information can be an important part of the App's functionality.
We use location information primarily to facilitate requested rides and other location-dependent services.
You should only enable location permissions when you are comfortable allowing BONG GA to access the location information necessary for the relevant feature.
If location access is disabled, you may be unable to use certain ride or location-based features.
5. Account Registration
You may create an BONG GA account by providing the information requested during registration.

6. Account Suspension and Account Deletion
You may request that your BONG GA account be suspended when you temporarily do not wish to use the service.

How to Request Account Deletion
You may request account deletion by contacting us at:
Please include enough information for us to identify your BONG GA account.
Where account deletion functionality is available within the App, you may also initiate deletion through the account or settings section of BONG GA.

- Provide BONG GA services;
- Maintain necessary business and transaction records;
- Resolve disputes;
- Prevent fraud and abuse;

When personal information is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.
Some information may need to be retained for a longer period where required by law or where reasonably necessary for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, loss, or destruction.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You should also take reasonable steps to protect your account credentials and device.
