Dihonski ("we," "us," or "our") operates the BONG GA mobile application ("App"). BONG GA provides services that allow users to request tricycle rides and submit requests for items or purchases from markets.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect your personal information when you use BONG GA.
By using BONG GA, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

We collect only information that is reasonably necessary to provide and improve the services offered through BONG GA.

When you create or use an BONG GA account, we may collect:

1.2 Photos
BONG GA may allow you to upload or submit photographs.

BONG GA may collect your device's location information when you use features that require location, such as requesting or coordinating a tricycle ride.

- Determine your pickup or destination location;
- Help connect passengers with available tricycle drivers;
- Facilitate and coordinate rides;
- Display relevant locations on a map;
- Provide location-based services;
- Improve service reliability and safety; and
- Respond to support or dispute requests.
You may be required to grant location permission for certain features to function. If you deny location permission, some location-dependent features may not be available.
We will not use your location for purposes unrelated to providing or improving BONG GA services without appropriate notice or legal basis.

- Process tricycle ride requests;

We do not sell your personal information.
3. How We Share Your Information

- A tricycle driver may receive information necessary to fulfill a ride request, such as your name, pickup location, destination, or relevant contact information.
- A market seller, vendor, or service provider may receive information necessary to fulfill a purchase request.
- Service providers that help us operate the App may process information on our behalf.

4. Location Sharing
Because BONG GA provides transportation-related services, location information can be an important part of the App's functionality.

You may create an BONG GA account by providing the information requested during registration.

6. Account Suspension and Account Deletion
You may request that your BONG GA account be suspended when you temporarily do not wish to use the service.
Suspending an account is different from deleting an account.
You may also request permanent deletion of your BONG GA account and associated personal information.

Where account deletion functionality is available within the App, you may also initiate deletion through the account or settings section of BONG GA.
Upon receiving a valid account deletion request, we will delete the personal information associated with your account, subject to information that we are legally required or otherwise permitted to retain.
Google Play requires apps that support account creation to provide users with an account deletion mechanism both within the app and through an external web resource. BONG GA will provide an appropriate external account-deletion request mechanism.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide BONG GA services;
- Maintain necessary business and transaction records;
- Resolve disputes;
- Prevent fraud and abuse;
- Maintain security;
- Comply with legal or regulatory obligations; or
- Fulfill other legitimate and lawful purposes.
When personal information is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.
Some information may need to be retained for a longer period where required by law or where reasonably necessary for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

We take reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, loss, or destruction.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

BONG GA may use third-party service providers to operate, maintain, secure, or improve the App.

BONG GA does not currently display advertisements and does not collect personal information for advertising purposes.

BONG GA is intended for users 13 years of age and older.
We do not knowingly design BONG GA for children under 13 or knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

13. Philippine Data Privacy
BONG GA is initially intended to operate in Tagkawayan, Quezon, Philippines.
We intend to handle personal information in accordance with applicable Philippine privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations, as applicable.
The Data Privacy Act establishes principles and requirements concerning the collection, processing, storage, disclosure, protection, and disposal of personal information.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to BONG GA, our services, applicable laws, or our privacy practices.
When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the App or other appropriate means.
The updated Privacy Policy will include a revised effective date.
